European Course on Laparoscopic Surgery (Brussels)
Course descriptionHow can a surgeon expand his/her field of indications in laparoscopy? During two four days sessions, one in the spring and one in the fall, the following themes are developed: Tuesday : Surgery of the foregut (oesophagus, reflux, obesity surgery) Wednesday : Colonic surgery (colectomy, rectopexy) Thursday : Inguinal (TEP, TAPP) and ventral hernia Friday : Splenectomy, hepatobiliary surgery and surgery of the future (robot, simulator) |
Course Objectives to show common advanced procedures in their newest development to show tricks and pitfalls to indicate operative strategies and their anatomical base to allow intensive interaction between surgeon, experts and the audience |
